How do I cancel or change a booking?
Go to My trips in your account, open the booking and check its cancellation policy. Most stays and rides marked "Free cancellation" can be cancelled at no cost before the cutoff shown on the booking. This is a demo — no cancellation request is actually sent anywhere.
How does payment work on this demo?
Jungle Time Safaris is a demo marketplace. The checkout flow simulates card, mobile money and PayPal payments — no real charge is ever made and no card details are stored or transmitted.
Is my data safe?
Your account uses real authentication, but all listings, prices and bookings are demo content. Avoid entering real financial information anywhere in this app.
How do I contact support?
This is a portfolio/demo project without a live support team. In a production version, this page would connect to a real support channel.
